Everyone was very nice and very friendly and helpful.
We went for the first time and it was such a great experience for my 3.5 year old son! Everyone was so kind and professional, the office is decorated with adorable themed rooms for the kids. My son was delighted to be in the "Penguin Room" and he was treated with such kindness and respect. They explained all of the tools that they would be using and let him touch them and ask questions. They even provided cool sunglasses so the light would not be too bright for him. He got to pick from a variety of fun flavors for the toothpaste and fluoride. He genuinely had such a great time and was super relaxed and happy! The little gift bag at the end was also quite generous and he is genuinely excited to go back. They were also super timely and we were in and out in half an hour for a routine cleaning. Highly recommend!
The staff to dr specialty dentist went over and beyond expectations!! Very professional caring and quite experienced with me in bad anxiety attack and pain to knowing the right way to calm me down ( staff to dr Levine) That’s rare ! I’m in aml luekemia remission which affects teeth. I had emergency cracked tooth and had me in next day ! I went from having a meltdown ( for good reason) to laughing joking and if I felt confident then I’m more do now. I’d say this is a 5 star+. All the way around , start to finish. A staff member ( nurse?) was waiting in hall for me I was lost and unglued lol usually I’m strong & stoic. And they explain everything fully in terms we comprehend. They don’t let you leave till they feel it’s safe avd they’re condiment too. Thank you ALL And especially Dr LEVINE who is a rarity
My child had a great experience. We were nervous when our dentist retired, but our retiring dentist and the staff at Eastside did an excellent job ensuring the transition was smooth. On Monday, my daughter saw Maddie and Dr. Winslow. Both had great chairside manners and my daughter had fun (let that sink in... fun at the dentist).

Wonderful and friendly staff! They did so well with my son and made his first dentist visit such a fun and easy experience. As we were driving home he even said “I love the dentist”. So happy we were told about this office!

This office is AMAZING! From the kind greeting at reception, to the fun hygienists/assistants, and Dr. Winslow is incredibly great with the kids. Very informed team and super helpful!

We were asked to come a little later and they were ever so very appreciative of our flexibility! It was so nice of them to be so grateful and genuine. The hygienist, Ryann, was wonderful taking time to make sure our girls felt comfortable with X-rays and the tools. Dr. Winslow was so patient and thorough with answering all of my questions. Our kids left smiling like it was the best day ever. They make a visit to the dentist so special and our kids look forward to their next appointment!!
Visiting the dentist is a stressor for my 2 boys diagnosed with Autism. Karen and Dr. Winslow where so patient with my sons and took time to let them feel comfortable in the room and to explore the dental tools. When my son asked if we could sing the PBS Kids Arthur theme song during the exam, Dr.Winslow didn’t skip a beat and sang all the words! We all left happy and my sons are looking forward to going back for our next checkups! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they provide. Two recent visits, one for my 14 year old who had two teeth cosmetically corrected and one for my 7 year old who required a tooth extraction. In booth cases they did an amazing job and everyone walked out smiling, which is no easy feet with kids. Highly recommended!
